Speedmentoring

Speed mentoring is a series of “one-on-one” conversations with one of the mentors, focused on specific subject in his specialization
During speed mentoring session you will have a chance to derive knowledge and experience in one of the areas indicated by the mentor.

Rules:

  • Mentoring sessions will take place in parallel with speeches
  • You can register for a mentoring speed session during or after the registration of a congress, but no later than one hour before the scheduled session (you need to enter the mobile number)
  • The mentor will spend 1h on a mentee session (the meeting may be shorter if the topic is exhausted).
  • Mentor I propose areas of knowledge, topics
  • If the mentor can not appear on the session, the coordinator tries to find a substitute, if the search fails, the session is canceled,

Krzysztof Leszczyński

Project Manager

Committed and passionate manager; focused on building collaborative atmosphere and delivering real business value to his clients. Worked on complex, strategic, multi-domain projects and programmes for key clients both from private and public sector. Experienced in delivering tailored event solutions, including strategic and technological partnerships around the biggest events hold in Poland, like UEFA Euro 2012 or World Youth Day 2016.

Matt Fourie

The main area of his work experience is in addressing client issues with customized programs and transferring this expertise in-house. He is a noted public speaker, having made presentations in the US, Europe, Asia and Africa. He still enjoys teaching others the hands-on application of his thinking technology. BMW, VW, Kimberly-Clark, Gillette, Philips, Cadbury, Macquarie Group IT, SITA, BT Financial IT, RBS, SC, Westpac IT and Unisys are only some of his recent international clients he has consulted with. He has coached and taught leaders at all levels of organizations. From the boardroom to client interface to the factory floor, Matt Fourie’s high energy, participative style has challenged and inspired leaders on four continents.

Kaimar Karu

After commencing his studies in philosophy in Estonia in the late nineties, Kaimar decided to add a practical element to his life (and pay his bills) by entering a career in IT. He moved from technical support to software development in his first years. Soon he discovered the world of project management and was soon running a PMO for a government agency. After successfully delivering several key EU projects with his awesome team, Kaimar entered the world of IT service management to help organizations worldwide become better at delivering customer value.

Before joining AXELOS – the owners of ITIL and PRINCE2 – in 2014, Kaimar spent three years working with Skype on improving their IT service management capabilities. At AXELOS, his role was to oversee the product strategy and development initiatives for the ITIL, PRINCE2, and the rest of the PPM portfolio. In 2016, AXELOS released a brand new “best ITIL book out there”, ITIL Practitioner, and in July 2017 a new version of PRINCE2 was published.

Gabriel Sznajder

Experienced manager and software engineering expert, with hands-on practice ranging from software development, through team and project management, to leading software development portfolio of up to 180 people and project portfolio worth 7 mln EUR annually. 4 years with Credit Suisse. Tops up experience with continuous international education (MBA at Franklin University) and formal certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum certification).

Luis Seabra Coelho

Luis is a Project Management expert – a speaker, a blogger, a volunteer, and a professional.

This year he was a speaker at the PMI EMEA Congress in Rome with the session “Don’t Let Biases Doom Your Project“ and at the Swedish Congress Passion for Projects,  in Malmö with the session “Irrational Project Management“.

Peter Ivanov

Peter Ivanov is Manager, Entrepreneur and Virtual teams Expert with over 20 years of international experience.

Born in Bulgaria he graduated Mathematics and joined a multinational company as Data Analyst. He quickly became IT Manager for Bulgaria and gradually worked his way up to IT Services Manager for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Peter recognized the growing importance of the teams in multiple locations and developed an innovative method for leading Virtual teams.

In 2007 the Team led by Peter won the “Best of the Best” award for outstanding Project management in establishing global Shared services.

In 2012 his Team won the “Global IT Connect Award” for excellent Engagement in a global cross-functional environment.

In 2013 Peter founded “Virtual Power Teams” and started new career as Keynote speaker and Executive coach on New Leadership.

Peter is a passionate athlete and World Senior Champion in Discus. He actively supports young Talents in the fields of mathematics and sports.
