Charles Araujo

Charles Araujo is an industry analyst, internationally recognized authority on the Digital Enterprise and author of The Quantum Age of IT: Why Everything You Know About IT is About to Change.

He is Principal Analyst with Intellyx, the first and only industry analyst firm focused on agile digital transformation. He has authored three books and published over 100 articles. He has been a regular contributor to both InformationWeek and CIO Insight Magazine and has been quoted or published in magazines, blogs and websites including Time, CIO, CIO & Leader, IT Business Edge, TechRepublic, Computerworld, USA Today, and Forbes.

He is the founder of The Institute for Digital Transformation and a sought after keynote speaker having addressed over 10,000 business and IT leaders in 10 countries over the last several years. He is passionate about the power of technology to deliver competitive and transformational advantage to organizations and in the critical need to develop next generation “digital leaders” that can transform their organizations into Digital Enterprises. He is presently at work on a new book entitled, Thinking Digital: How to Thrive and Win in the Digital Era, which will explore this topic in detail.

Prior to joining Intellyx, Charles served as an advisor and consultant for nearly twenty years, leading numerous large scale transformation programs for Fortune 1000 organizations and government institutions involving as many as 10,000 program participants. In his early career, he spent many years working in and with IT organizations in the healthcare, financial services and aerospace industries, directly leading teams of more than 100 members.

Piotr Muszyński

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław (MA degree in law) and the Advanced Management Programme organized by IESE Business School / University of Navarra. In Orange Polska (formerly: Telekomunikacja Polska) since 2001. In September 2008 appointed Member of the Management Board in charge of Operations, since November 2009 – Vice President in charge of Operations. Since September 2016 acts as Vice President in charge of Strategy & Transformation.

Piotr Muszyński acts also as Advisory Board President of CIONET Poland, member of Council of Foundation for the Development of Radiocommunication and Multimedia Technologies at Warsaw University of Technology (Fundacja Wspierania Rozwoju Radiokomunikacji i Technik Multimedialnych przy Politechnice Warszawskiej), member of The Committee on Electronics and Telecommunication at the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN), as well as member of the Council at The Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT).

In recognition of his career achievements he was awarded, among others: as the Manager of the Year in 2010 and 2011 with the Golden Antenna Award of the World of Telecommunication; with the Gold Cyborg award during the National Symposium on Telecommunications and ICT in 2011 – for his outstanding contribution to the development of information society.

Joseph Flahiff

Paweł Dąbrowski

Paweł Dąbrowski is a Senior Consultant at Whitecom Project Experience. He has 20 year plus experience as a project manager, business analyst, facilitator, trainer and business consultant. He is engaged in educational project (designing and implementation of training programs; developing knowledge and competence assessment tools; diagnosing and developing project managers and business analysts; organizing seminars and conferences; etc.); business process optimization projects; implementations of project management and business analysis standard and methodologies; and implementations of IT systems. Paweł is involved in project audits and assessments at various phases of these projects. He studied geology at Wroclaw University and Jagiellonian University in Cracow, and financial management at Edinburgh Business School, Herriot-Watt University. He is a co-founder of the Warsaw Branch of International Institute of Business Analysis.

Paweł Tkaczyk

President of the MIDEA branding agency, marketing specialist honored in 2011 the Man of the Year award of Polish Marketing. Author of three bestsellers – “Brand Names” (pol. “Zakamarki Marki”) which won the title of Marketing Book of the Year, “Gamification” (pol. “Grywalizacja”) -first place in the OnePress bestseller list, and the latest “Narratology” (pol. “Narratologia”) PWN, 2017..

He is a valued public speaker – his speech at TEDx in Poznan is the most frequently viewed online presentation of this event. Lecturer in MBA studies at WSB University, postgraduate studies at AGH University in Cracow and WSAiB in Gdynia.

Gabriel Sznajder

Marcin Żmigrodzki

Peter Ivanov

Olivier Lazar

Olivier Lazar is an organizational architecture consultant, coach, and trainer, as well as a graduate with a master’s degree and an executive MBA in strategy, project, and program management from the Lille Graduate School of Management and from the PMI Leadership Institute Master Class 2013. Leszek Orzechowski

Space architect whose newest project is Lunares Lunar-Martian space habitat – a modular research station in Poland, created to advance humans as an interplanetary species.

He’s the founder of an R&D group called Space Is More, focused around the topic of space exploration. Their work on the Mars flyby mission was presented at NASA Ames Research Center, Stanford University and UC Berkeley. Another of their projects – inflatable research station on the red planet, was presented at EXPO 15 in Milan as part of the Space Technology Week.

The group also researches the possibilities of using 3D printing to create cheap architecture and it cooperates with PAN Space Research Center on developing a scientific instrument for the International Space Station.

Alexandre Rezende

Małgorzata Marcinkowska

Responsible for global CRM strategy in Oriflame, where she has been working since 2014. An important element of her work is the evangelism of the management and the digital transformation project of the company. She also develops the concept of advanced consumer analytics and Oriflame consultants and introduces new communication models in the omnichannel era.

Bartłomiej Smoczyński

Tomasz Garbowski

Kaimar Karu

After commencing his studies in philosophy in Estonia in the late nineties, Kaimar decided to add a practical element to his life (and pay his bills) by entering a career in IT. He moved from technical support to software development in his first years. Soon he discovered the world of project management and was soon running a PMO for a government agency. After successfully delivering several key EU projects with his awesome team, Kaimar entered the world of IT service management to help organizations worldwide become better at delivering customer value.

Before joining AXELOS – the owners of ITIL and PRINCE2 – in 2014, Kaimar spent three years working with Skype on improving their IT service management capabilities. At AXELOS, his role was to oversee the product strategy and development initiatives for the ITIL, PRINCE2, and the rest of the PPM portfolio. In 2016, AXELOS released a brand new “best ITIL book out there”, ITIL Practitioner, and in July 2017 a new version of PRINCE2 was published.
