SPEECH: Leveraging Emotional Intelligence to Navigate Organizational Transformation: Your secret sauce to survive change

WORKSHOP: Master Class: Emotional Intelligence Tools and Techniques to Navigate Organizational Transformation

ABOUT Speech: This keynote presentation will highlight the critical importance of being present and aware as an Organizational Transformation is underway. Understanding one’s own emotions and responses to the changes around is the first step. Once this becomes a habit, the purposeful and intentional management of those emotions is the second step.  These two steps collectively enable self-mastery.  The journey continues with a focus on others.  It is here that honest perspectives and tough realizations must occur.  A focus on others, while exemplifying self-mastery is where leveraging Emotional Intelligence (EI) adds value.  At this point, continuing to enhance EI skills and techniques will empower leadership.

The presentation will provide a clear understanding of Organizational Transformation and the responses it evokes.  It will highlight the key components and techniques of EI and provide approaches to navigate Organizational Transformation with ease. It is your choice to simply survive the Organizational Transformation or thrive through it. Please join us for this journey.

____________________

ABOUT Workshop: Building on the keynote presentation: Leveraging Emotional Intelligence to Navigate Organizational Transformation: Your secret sauce to survive change, this 2-hour master class will introduce specific tools and techniques to enhance and improve personal EI and EI with others. Participants will have the opportunity to assess their own EI status, apply tools/techniques to improve their skill, and create plans of actions for continuous improvement. Some examples of the changes that organizational transformation can bring will be used to assess EIQ. Each step of the journey will be defined, examples given and techniques to enhance and improve the mastery of that step when faced with changes. Please join us to continue your EI mastery.

ABOUT Speech: To będzie interaktywna prelekcja o roli sprzeciwu w pracy zespołowej, o sposobach podejmowania decyzji, które preferujemy.

Transforming Organizations: The Psychology of Successful Organizational Change.

ABOUT Speech: Introducing changes in organizations is a challenge that requires not only technical skills but also a deep understanding of human emotions, reactions, and needs associated with change.

Why? Because organizational transformation, to be effective, must occur at the individual level. Without effective change at the employee level, it is impossible to ensure the delivery of expected business value.

Additionally, each of us is different: we have different experiences, personalities, and strategies for coping with stress. Therefore, a key aspect of successful transformation is understanding and addressing individual reactions and needs of employees when planning the implementation of changes.

Project managers play an extremely important role in this process. However, to be able to effectively plan and execute a change project comprehensively, they need knowledge at the intersection of psychology and management.

In this seminar, I will discuss what project managers should know and what they should take care of when planning and implementing transformation projects to provide adequate support to those affected by the change. I will also present practical examples of how to do this.

Chcemy by były niezależne i tzw. wielokompetencyjne.

Prezentacja udanych przykładów cyfrowej transformacji w sektorze publicznym dostarczy praktycznych wskazówek i inspiracji. Zapraszamy do udziału w dyskusji.

Panel Dyskusyjny razem z: Maliną Jankowską i Radosławem Maćkiewiczem, moderowany przez Joannę Rudawską.

Let’s redefine what it means to be cost-effective—because sustainable profits start with sustainable resources.
