PMI Poland Map

PMI is a leading international non-profit organization, bringing together experts and enthusiasts of project management. PMI Organisation develops project management standards, issues international competence certificates (including PMP), promotes increasing the recognition of Project Management and the role of Project Manager in all sectors of the economy.

PMI has existed since 1969, with more than 700,000 members operating almost in every country in the world (270 Chapters).

PMI’s history in Poland dates back to 2003. The association was created in response to the needs of the Polish market for professional project management. The founders of PMI in Poland are both managers and managers of major Polish and international business and academic organizations, as well as independent consultants.

Currently, in 2020, PMI Poland Chapter consists of 11 regional offices.

This year the XV International Congress  will be  and unusual. For the first time the Congress will be in online form. From the beginning of this project our Team do all the best in order to satisfy all Participants and Speakers.

Coordination Team

Coordination Team  makes sure that the right things happen at the right time to remember our Congress as a perfect platform for getting  new knowledge and priceless business contacts. The Team cooperates very closely with Leaders of other teams to determine the direction of the XV International PMI PC Congress. 

Moreover, this year the XV PMI PC Congress is not only 4 days of lectures. It also includes  online workshops, debate and  Q&A discussions with Speakers for preparation of which the Cooperate Team is responsible. Starting from the development of the entire agenda and finishing on defining and organising each online speech with high orientation on each details. 

The Coordination Team wishes that good energy which accompanying the Congress will motivate all Participants and Speakers to continue their personal development.

Finance and Sponsoring Team

Preparing the budget, developing a financial plan and cost controlling – these are major challenges of Finance Team.

It makes sure that the Congress is in line with regulations and is in good financial health. This involves keeping track of all transactions and financial events, ensuring good records are kept.

To make it possible the team is  also cooperating with other teams, just to become familiar with their financial demands and estimated spending.

Moreover, the Sponsoring Team is responsible for making key decisions and providing top level endorsement of rationale and objectives of XV International Congress program. Every day the team makes every endeavour just to let our ideas and values spread among our sponsors with which we are establishing cooperation, giving them a unique opportunity to present and promote during the Congress.

IT and Operating Team

The team focuses on operating technology infrastructure of XV International Congress PMI 2020 (such as networks, data centres, web services and social media), monitoring them and ensuring services and systems are available and performing normally to support the whole event.

This year the team is responsible for the whole online platform which will provide technical support for Participants and Speakers in order to conduct the Congress in effective and professional way. We strongly believe, that precision and scrupulousness of our work will undoubtedly contribute to the high quality of this project, and above all final satisfaction of the participants.

Marketing Team

The Marketing Team is responsible for effectively carrying out activities promoting the event and building the prestige of XV International Congress PMI 2020. 

The team conducts all marketing content activities (social media, newsletters, mailing), designs promotional materials and collaborates with partners and media patrons. The team also edits and publishes press materials.

Team is also responsible for professional Participants care during Congress. We coordinate proper flow of registration process and all corresponding cases. Congress Participants can contact us anytime by using address congress@pmi.org.pl.

Speakers Team

Speakers Team is responsible for professional customer care during Congress.  Moreover, the team is responsible not only for attracting Speakers from around the world, but also for getting in touch with them in order to make sure that all necessary details are clearly determined and confirmed especially this year when Congress is in online form. 

In addition, the team coordinates proper flow of Speakers registration process and all corresponding cases. Congress Speakers can contact us anytime. During  event we are in duty for registration and making sure that all questions will not be left without satisfying answer.

Anna Krasowska

Lawyer and graduate of postgraduate studies:
–        ‘Project Management: methodologies, practice, techniques, tools at The Warsaw University of Technology
–        ‘Innovation and Technology Project Management’ at The Collegium Civitas
–        ‘IT Resources Management: Architecture, Processes, Standards, Quality’ at the Warsaw University of Technology
–        Currently a participant of postgraduate studies in Coaching at the The Warsaw School of Economics.
She has carried out many projects, including the project of a training system implementation for employees and associates of the Mazovian Airport (about 2000 people). She has cooperated with numerous institutions, including the Border Guard, Internal Security Agency, Customs and Tax Chamber. She has successfully completed a training project for one of the largest airlines in the world which she was fully responsible for. She has also participated in the design team working on the Smart Mirror. She has organised over 50 different trainings, workshops and conferences including the international ones like XIV International Congress PMI Poland Chapter.
Focused on a continuous development, she expands her knowledge in the field of project management.

Finance Leader

Finance Project Manager, works for the leader of the Polish CEP market. Resposible for preparing business cases for new projects and businesses, cooperation with consulting companies in particular supervision and assessment of financial deliverabels. The previous years worked as financial business controller for the leader in the wholesale distribution of pharmaceuticals where his main duty was to support PMO. Privately coffee and travel lover.

English philologist, graduate of the Faculty of English at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Passionate about topics related to project management, agile methodology and human resources. Currently, she completed post-graduate studies at the West Pomeranian Business School in Szczecin in the field of Project Manager. PMI volunteer from 2020. Young professional with 6 years of international experience in marketing and consulting passionate about Project Management and exploring PM world. I like to combine creativity with business thinking. I like new challenges and to learn something new. This is what matters for me – keep developing myself and explore new areas of improving (learning languages – French, German Polish, dancing pole dance, taking a web design course). Urszula Chandlarska

By education and passion Ula is a psychologist. She is also an enthusiast in project management, especially agile methodologies. She completed post-graduate studies in Project Management.

Ula currently works as a senior specialist in the energy sector, dealing with renewable energy projects in one of the largest companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Ula is also a member of a project team involved in organizing annual meetings for project communities, integrating expert groups in the organization.

Ula focuses on development by participating in trainings and workshops.

Privately, Ula spends her time travelling, reading books and learning languages.
