More ways to learn, talk and connect.

The Congress is built around more than stage sessions. Across two days, you can join practical workshop, focused expert conversations, career consultations, networking and an evening event - choosing the formats that are most useful to you.

Program Council

The people behind the program.

Our Program Council selects the talks, shapes the three tracks and makes sure every session brings practical value to project professionals.

Core Program: Start with the ideas. Then go deeper.

Talks and workshops are the backbone of the program - designed around the three themes shaping this year’s Congress.

Expert talks

Two days. Three tracks. Plenty to think about.

Our talks bring together experienced project managers, leaders and experts who will share their perspectives, lessons learned and practical approaches to some of the biggest challenges facing projects and organisations today.
Choose your sessions across three thematic tracks:

Think Big
How do you lead projects that are too complex to fit neatly into a plan? This track looks at mega projects, complexity, risk, dependencies and the decisions that can make or break large-scale initiatives.
AI & Innovation
AI is changing how projects are planned, delivered and managed. Explore practical applications of AI, emerging technologies and innovation — from tools you can use today to ideas that may shape tomorrow’s projects.
Strong Leaders
Projects are delivered by people, especially when the pressure is high. This track explores leadership, decision-making, psychology, neuroscience and the human side of leading teams through uncertainty and change.

Expect real examples, different points of view and plenty of ideas to take back to your own projects.

Workshops

Our workshops give you the chance to get involved, try things out and work through real challenges.

If you want to go deeper, join one of our hands-on workshops. These sessions give you the space to work with a topic rather than simply listen to it.
Across the three Congress tracks, our workshops will focus on real challenges and practical tools you can apply in your own work.

Think Big workshops will take you into the world of complex projects, where dependencies, risks, stakeholders and competing priorities need to be managed together.
AI & Innovation workshops will give you the chance to explore how AI and new technologies can be used in project work — through practical exercises, examples and discussion.
Strong Leaders workshops will focus on the human side of project management: leadership, decision-making, communication and working with people when the stakes are high.
Places are limited to keep the groups small and the discussions focused. Come ready to participate, not just take notes.

Expert Roundtables

Join a small-group discussion led by an experienced expert and explore a topic from a different perspective.

Each table focuses on a specific challenge related to project management, leadership, AI or innovation. The expert brings the topic to the table, but the conversation is shaped by the people around it. Ask questions, share your own experiences, compare approaches and see how others deal with similar challenges.
After 25 minutes, move to another table and start a new conversation with a different expert and a new group of participants.

You can choose the topics that interest you most and explore several of them during the session. There are no presentations to sit through and no long introductions. Just **15 minutes, one focused topic and a chance to learn from people who work with these challenges every day.
Come with your questions, share your experience and see what you can take away from the conversation.**

Executive Panel Discussion

Some of the most important decisions affecting projects are made far beyond the project team.

Our Executive Panel brings together senior leaders from business and industry for an open discussion about the challenges shaping organisations, projects and the people who lead them.
Expect different perspectives, honest questions and a conversation that goes beyond the usual conference talking points. We’ll look at what leaders are seeing from the top of the organisation and what it means for those responsible for turning strategy into action.
A chance to listen in on the conversations happening at the highest levels of business.

Expect different perspectives and a conversation about what leaders are seeing — and what it means for the people responsible for turning strategy into action.
